Claude & ChatGPT Enterprise

Claude or ChatGPT Enterprise, set up properly across your company.

For companies that don't need a custom agent: we choose the right assistant with you, set it up with sign-on, roles and data rules, connect the tools you approve and train every team, so AI moves out of personal accounts and into one governed workspace.

Who it's for

Leadership teams whose staff already use AI at work, often on personal accounts, and who want it adopted safely and measurably.

The problems it solves

  • Company data goes into personal AI accounts that nobody manages.
  • Each team picks its own tool, and nobody knows which one is approved.
  • Licences get bought, then sit unused because nobody was trained.
Microsoft and LinkedIn's 2024 Work Trend Index found that 78% of AI users bring their own AI tools to work.

How we choose

Vendor-neutral, weighed against your data, region and tools.

We set up Claude or ChatGPT, weighed against where your data must stay, the tools your teams already use and the work they do every day. When Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini already covers the work, we say so.

  • Claude Team or Enterprise

Worth weighing for long documents, careful drafting and analysis, and coding work.

  • ChatGPT Business or Enterprise

Worth weighing when staff already know ChatGPT, or when data has to stay in a region it supports.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

Often enough on its own when your company already lives in Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

  • Gemini for Google Workspace

Often enough on its own when your teams work in Gmail, Docs and Drive.

  • API access

For AI inside your own systems, your CRM or TO-AiSuite, rather than in a chat window.

What you get

What we set up

  1. Workspace and admin roles

Your company workspace on the plan that fits, with admins named on your side.

  2. Single sign-on and provisioning

Sign-in through your identity provider, with users added and removed automatically (SCIM).

  3. Retention settings

How long chats and files are kept, set to match your own data policy.

  4. Approved connectors

Drive, SharePoint, Notion, your CRM or an MCP server, connected only where you approve and with the access each team needs.

  5. Department playbooks and a prompt library

Ready-to-use instructions for each team's real tasks, written with the people who do them.

  6. A written usage policy

What staff may use AI for, which data stays out of it and who to ask, in plain language.

  7. Team training

Small cohorts by department, trained on the tasks each team actually does.

  8. An adoption report

Which teams use what, how often, and where more training would help.

  9. API integrations

Claude or ChatGPT connected to your own tools and to TO-AiSuite through their APIs, where a chat window is not enough.

Before we start

What you need to start

  • A sponsor in leadership, and an IT owner for sign-on and data rules.
  • Admin access to your identity provider, or the person who holds it.
  • A first group of teams, and their managers' time for training.

How it works

Four phases, from choice to adoption

  1. 01

    Assess

We review how teams use AI today, what data they handle and which tools you already pay for, then choose the assistant with you.

    You provide
Team leads for short interviews, and your current tool list.
    You get
The tool choice and a dated rollout plan.
  2. 02

    Configure

We set up the workspace, sign-on, roles, retention and the connectors you approve, then test it all with a small pilot group.

    You provide
Admin access, and sign-off on each connector.
    You get
    A working, governed workspace.
  3. 03

    Enable

Each department gets its playbook, the prompt library and training on its own tasks.

    You provide
    Training time for each cohort.
    You get
Trained teams, and a usage policy everyone has read.
  4. 04

    Adopt

We measure which teams use what, fix what is not working and report adoption back to leadership.

    You provide
Access to the workspace's admin usage data.
    You get
The adoption report and the next steps.

Scope

What you own at the end

  • Your company's workspace, with every admin role held by your people.
  • The usage policy, the playbooks and the prompt library, handed over as documents.
  • The adoption report, and the usage data behind it.

Not included

  • Legal or compliance sign-off. We work alongside your counsel, not instead of them.
  • Training for staff hired after go-live, unless agreed separately.

Security

What each provider says about your data.

Read it at the source. Each link opens the provider's own page, and we note when we last checked it. Provider terms change, so we check again before every setup.

Who runs it

AI is powerful. You stay in command.

  • Rabih Bader

    Founder

  • Serge Semaan

    Team member

Where you decide

  • Your own admins hold every admin role, retention setting and connector.
  • You approve each connector before it is switched on.
  • Your usage policy decides who gets access, and to what.

Questions

Questions about the setup

Will our data be used to train the models?

On the Claude and ChatGPT business and enterprise plans we set up, Anthropic and OpenAI each say they do not train their models on your company's data by default. Their own statements are linked on this page, with the date we last checked them.

Claude, ChatGPT or both?

It depends on the work, the tools you already pay for and where your data has to stay. One assistant for everyone is simplest; a second tool for one team can make sense for a specific job. If Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini already covers what you need, we will tell you.

Where is our data stored?

That depends on the provider and the plan. ChatGPT Enterprise offers data residency in several regions, including the UAE; for Saudi Arabia we look at transfers case by case. We map where each tool keeps data before anyone signs up.

Should we pay per seat or through the API?

Seats suit staff who use an assistant every day. The API suits automated work inside your own systems, where you pay for what is used. We compare both against your headcount and workload before you commit.

Can it connect to our CRM?

Yes, if your CRM has an approved connector or an API. We connect only the tools you approve, and each team gets only the access it needs.

How long does a setup take?

It depends on the number of users, your identity provider and how many tools you connect. You get a dated plan at the end of the first phase.

Who trains our staff?

We do, in small cohorts by department, using the playbooks and prompt library built with your teams.

What happens after go-live, and how does the engagement end?

The workspace and its admin roles stay with your company. Ongoing support, notice periods and the handover are agreed in writing before work starts.
