What does the audit cost?
We price the audit once we know how many teams and workflows are in scope, and you get the figure in writing before anything starts.
How long does the audit take?
It depends on how many teams are in scope. We agree the timeline with you before the first interview.
Who do you need from our side, and for how long?
The people who do the work each day, for short interviews, and one owner who approves the scope and reviews the findings. We agree the hours with you up front.
What do we receive at the end?
A written report with the workflow map, the ranked opportunities, the data and privacy review, a first use case with its control points, and a build, buy or wait decision for each item.
How is our data handled during the audit?
You decide what we see. The audit runs on interviews, walkthroughs and the documents you choose to share, and how anything shared is stored and deleted is set out in writing first.
What happens after the audit?
You decide. You can run the plan with your own team, take it to another provider, or ask us to build the first use case with you.
Do we have to use TO-AiSuite?
No. The audit names the right tool for each job: a custom agent, Claude or ChatGPT, an agentic automation, TO-AiSuite, or a tool you already pay for, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
How are confidentiality and ownership of the report handled?
Confidentiality, ownership of the report and the terms for ending the engagement are agreed in writing before work starts.
